Real Estate/Transactional Paralegal – Confidential Law Firm (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid | Full-Time | St. Louis, MO
Schedule:
- Monday & Fridays - WFH
- Tuesday through Thursday in-office Downtown
A top-tier, AmLaw firm is hiring a Paralegal with expertise in Real Estate, Finance, and Tax Credit transactions. This role will support attorneys across complex real estate and financing deals, including document preparation, transaction coordination, and property due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on real estate leasing, financing, and tax credit transactions
- Manage transaction closings and prepare closing binders
- Draft corporate filings, formation documents, and UCCs
- Conduct legal research, title/survey review, and track deal timelines
- Liaise with clients, title companies, and government agencies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Real Estate or Corporate Paralegal experience
- Experience with DocuSign, ShareFile, or SmartSheet preferred
- ABA-approved paralegal program completion preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
