Senior Accountant Contractor

Our client, a Cutting-Edge multi-dimensional Real Estate Firm, is adding a Senior Accountant Consultant to their team.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Financial statements, bank statements, journal entries, expense accruals, fixed assets accounting, assist with monthly and quarterly closings, intercompany accounting, prepare and analyze financial statements, budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis, internal financial statements, annual audit and tax documentation, tenant lease accounting, joint venture reporting and special projects.

The position requires:

• 3+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience - commercial real estate such as warehousing/storage, distribution center, and/or manufacturing / laboratory Real Estate is preferred :)
• Bachelors Degree
• CPA a plus
• Self-starter, go-getter, great communicator...
• In the office daily
